Our personalized massage services support mothers throughout pregnancy and during the postpartum period. Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival or adjusting to life after childbirth, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your body's changing needs.
Prenatal and postnatal massage incorporates gentle, supportive techniques and nourishing oils to help ease lower back discomfort, reduce everyday muscle tension, and promote relaxation. During pregnancy, special attention is given to comfortable positioning and areas commonly affected by your changing body. Following childbirth, your session may focus on relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips associated with recovery, feeding, and caring for your newborn.
Each treatment is carefully tailored to your stage of motherhood, individual comfort, and wellness needs, providing a peaceful space to rest, reconnect, and feel restored.
Booking Note: Please inform us whether you are pregnant or postpartum when booking. Clients with high-risk pregnancies, postpartum complications, recent cesarean deliveries, or medical restrictions should consult their healthcare provider before scheduling. Massage techniques and positioning will be adjusted as appropriate for your safety and comfort.
ReeLax Wellness requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are subject to a $30 fee.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of ReeLax Wellness.
