ReeLax Wellness requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are subject to a $30 fee.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of ReeLax Wellness.

ReeLax Wellness maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for sexual advances, inappropriate touching, harassment, threatening behavior, or any conduct that violates professional boundaries.

Any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session or refusal of service. The client may also be permanently prohibited from booking future appointments.

Appointments terminated due to client misconduct are nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

New clients must complete a confidential intake form before receiving services. Existing clients must update intake forms annually. Please communicate any accessibility needs or accommodations in advance so we can prepare for your visit.
